Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was also a teammate as well as the captain of the Fierce Five in 2012 as well as the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. Aly Raisman was a gymnast from the United USA who took gold in the 2012 Olympics. In 2012, she became one of the few American athlete to achieve the most number of medals at the Olympics. The gold medal she won at the Olympics in 2016 marked the second consecutive gold medal for the US team. This made her, together with her fellow teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans - to achieve this achievement. Also, silver medals were awarded for the all-around competition and floor exercises. In between the two Olympics she took an absence from competitive gymnastics for three years. Additionally, she was part of gold-winning American teams at the two World Championships. Aly began gymnastics lessons at age 2 and loves floor exercise. Aly is a member for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honor of her grandmother who passed away due to cancer. Aly is planning to pursue a career as a designer. She hopes to pursue the expansion of her signature range of leotards. Fierce is a new book she plans to release later in the year.
